A small city you and your companion share.

Final name pending

Most people talk to their companion in a text box. This gives the two of you somewhere to be instead. A pixel-art town with a plaza, a main street, a park, a coffee shop, and an apartment that is yours to furnish. You walk around it. So does it.

What it is

It is a small town you can walk around, and your companion lives in it with you. Not as a menu you open, and not as a voice from nowhere — as somebody who is in the room. You can call it over, sit down with it, and play an actual game against it.

Bring your own API key

Install products bring your own API key — OpenAI, Anthropic, Grok, or OpenRouter — full instructions included. No terminal subscription needed, and none included. Prefer the terminal-subscription route? That's what the code shop kits are for.

Getting in, in three steps

  1. Download and install. Run the installer like any other program. Nothing to compile and no terminal step.
  2. Get an API key and paste it in. Pick your provider and paste the key. Our written guides start from having no account at all and cover where billing lives and how to cap your spending.
  3. Walk out your front door. Name your companion, step into the lobby, and go find the plaza. The full guide is one key away at any time.

Questions

Is this a big open-world game?

No, and it is not trying to be. It is a small town built so that you and your companion have somewhere to be together. The point is the company, not the map size.

Do I need to be good at games?

No. You walk with the arrow keys and press one key to interact. If you can use a keyboard you can play it.

Can I use the companion I already have?

The exact shape of what ships is confirmed before launch.

What does it cost to run after I buy it?

You pay your AI provider directly for what your companion says, and you set your own cap with them. There is no subscription to us.

Does my progress save?

Yes. Your apartment, your inventory, and your money persist. It stays how you left it.

Why can't I buy it right now?

Because signing and licensing are not finished, and we are not taking money for something that is not cleared to sell. When it clears, checkout opens and the launch list hears first.
